Rental Policies & Important Information

✅ All Equipment Requires a Deposit
Every rental—regardless of the type or quantity of equipment—requires a refundable deposit. The deposit amount varies by item and will be clearly listed on each product description. This helps ensure equipment is returned in proper condition and ready for the next customer.

✅ Pickup & Drop‑Off at Our Maryland Heights Warehouse
To maintain the highest standard of care and reliability for our gear, all rentals must be picked up and returned directly to our warehouse located in Maryland Heights.
At this time, we do not offer shipping on our rental equipment.  If you want to have us tech your event our qualified techs will deliver, setup and run and remove all rented gear.  Reach out to info@essentialav.net for more!

Our team will assist with loading and provide basic operational guidance at pickup to ensure you’re fully prepared for your event or project.
